1. Scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to all services offered on our website, in particular to the ordering of 3D visualizations.2. Use of uploaded files
The customer agrees that all uploaded files, for example photos or CAD models, may be used for the creation of 3D visualizations. If the provided files are not sufficient, we reserve the right to request additional information.
If the data is insufficient, the processing time is paused until the required information is provided. If the customer does not supply sufficient information within four weeks after a corresponding request from Renderstudio24, the project will be deleted. In this case, twenty percent of the total amount will be retained and eighty percent will be refunded to the customer.3. Delivery times
Our 3D visualizations are delivered within four working days after all required information has been fully provided. This delivery time applies to standard renderings such as furniture products. For very complex products or special requests, the delivery time may vary.
4. Delays caused by incomplete or insufficient customer data will extend the delivery period. If the four day period is exceeded, no claims can be made by the customer. Renderstudio24 reserves the right to offer compensation on a goodwill basis at its own discretion.5. Rights to visualizations and 3D models
The 3D visualizations purchased by the customer become the property of the customer. The studio reserves the right to use the created visualizations for advertising purposes unless the customer explicitly objects to this use.
If the customer provides an existing CAD model, for example in formats such as FBX or OBJ, ownership of this model remains with the customer. If we create a 3D model based on photos, sketches or other file formats, the created CAD model, for example FBX or OBJ, remains the property of the studio.
If the customer wishes to purchase the created CAD model, additional costs will apply, depending on the complexity of the model6. Intellectual property and confidentiality
All intellectual property of the materials provided by the customer remains with the customer. When creating prototypes, we commit to confidentiality if explicitly requested by the customer. Upon request, a non disclosure agreement can be issued to ensure the confidentiality of all information.7. Payment terms
Payment is made in advance. Refunds are only possible if the order is canceled before work begins. For cancellations after work has started, a proportional fee will be charged.8. Disclaimer of liability
Renderstudio is not liable for delays or defects caused by insufficient or incorrect information provided by the customer. We also do not assume liability for unforeseen technical issues or force majeure. For damages resulting from simple negligence, Renderstudio24 is liable only in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
Any further liability, in particular for grossly negligent handling of the project, exists only if the damage was caused by the studio itself. In such cases, Renderstudio can only be held liable for damages that can be proven to result from grossly negligent or intentional behavior.9. Right of complaint, revisions and warranty
Complaints must be submitted in writing or via the revision section of our website dashboard within seven days after receiving the visualizations. We provide one free revision per order. Additional revisions are possible but will be billed based on the effort required.
We reserve the right to make corrections if the complaint is justified. If the dashboard is temporarily unavailable, there is no entitlement to compensation or liability. Renderstudio24 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service operation and is not liable for temporary outages or technical interruptions.10. Data protection and data security
The protection of customer data is important to us. All uploaded files and information are treated confidentially and used solely for the provision of the agreed services. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.11. Insurance in case of data loss
Renderstudio assumes no liability for data loss caused by unforeseen circumstances, technical issues or force majeure. Customers are advised to create backup copies of their files before uploading them to our website.
12. Security measures for data transmission
We use technical and organizational security measures to protect customer data during transmission and storage. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of data transmission over the internet. Customers are advised to take additional precautions when transmitting sensitive information.
13. Limitations of the online form
The online form on our website is currently designed only for furniture renderings. For inquiries regarding architectural renderings, packaging renderings, buildings or general prototypes, customers must contact us directly.
14. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is our registered office.
15. Changes and adjustments
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The current version is available on our website.
16. Final provisions
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
